The Boate Team are off on another adventure!
After a long, very snowy and stormy season, we have decided to say, "forget you Winter!" Two weeks ago we decided that enough was enough and it was time for a break. It took three days to find a condo resort that met all my requirements (mostly, on the beach) and Ken's budget! We let the boys in on the secret last Friday and they have been so excited. Nate is ready to, "jump right in the pool" and Will has been anticipating, "making cannon balls in the ocean!"
As I write this kick off we are in a land of grey. We are passing the Hamilton steel mills, there's nothing but grey and brake lights as far as the eye can see. The comfort is in knowing that tomorrow we will reintroduce ourselves to colour and warmth!
